2. Information collected

When a TikTok account authorises the service, the tool may retrieve information permitted through TikTok’s official APIs, including:

• TikTok account identifier

• display name and profile information

• follower, following, like and video counts

• public video identifiers

• video descriptions and publication dates

• view, like, comment and share counts

• links and other metadata connected to public videos

The service does not request the user’s TikTok password.

3. Purpose of processing

The information is used to:

• analyse the performance of authorised TikTok content

• identify engagement patterns and successful content formats

• create private marketing reports and recommendations

• monitor changes in content performance over time

The information is not used for unrelated advertising, profiling of other individuals or resale.

4. Legal basis

Information is accessed after the TikTok account holder has explicitly authorised the requested permissions through TikTok Login.

The account holder may revoke that authorisation at any time.

5. Storage and security

Analytics information is stored locally on systems controlled by the operator.

Access credentials and tokens are protected and are not intentionally published or included in public source code.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

6. Sharing of information

Information collected through the TikTok integration is not sold.

Information is not shared with third parties except where required:

• to operate the authorised TikTok integration

• by applicable law or a valid legal request

• to protect the security and integrity of the service

7. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as it is useful for the stated analytics purposes or until deletion is requested.

TikTok access tokens may be deleted when access is revoked, the integration is discontinued or deletion is requested.

8. User rights

Depending on applicable data-protection law, users may have the right to:

• request access to their personal information

• request correction of inaccurate information

• request deletion of their information

• restrict or object to certain processing

• withdraw previously granted authorisation

• lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority
